Around this time I’m always SO confused how the month is over and I talk about it EVERY time I do a monthly round-up – very sorry, just genuinely confused each time. This time it’s especially weird because now 2017 is halfway over WHAT.
With that being said, what are your thoughts on 2017 so far? We’re well into the year so how are your goals going? If you are a goal person – are you finding it easy to stick to them? If you aren’t a goal person, are you open to making some now? I’m a HUGE believer in setting goals for just about everything. this year my mom and I even gave ourselves a theme – LOLZ, right?
But seriously we did and we’re sticking to them. Maybe I’ll do a post on that sometime. The point of me asking is that I want you to know that it’s not too late to make changes and lead your year in a new direction – especially if you’ve got some changes to make with the Lord. He’s waiting for you right now to return to Him with the biggest open arms. If you’re looking for a bible study, conference, or book to help guide you in the right direction – check out my resources page. And finally, you are especially, especially welcome here.
June was a crazy month for me – some traveling, lots of planning, busy weeks every week – but mainly very full in the best way. Before I lose you – be sure to come back here on Friday for an exciting announcement!
Here are a few highlights from June:
Charleston with my big sister
Guest post from big sister – big fan of hers obviously
Read it here! She’s so cute and funny and relatable.
Sweet family time + community hangs
I don’t have too many photos of this – I never do which may be a sign of lots of good times. We got to see both sides of our family a bit more than usual this month which was really sweet. We’re thankful to live near our parents and seeing Grace (sister) was amazing. I don’t recommend living apart from your siblings if you’re obsessive like me btw, but we do our best! We’ve also been able to spend a lot of time with our friends and our community group. It takes time to find a solid group of people in a new city, but we have our people now and I can’t tell you how rich it’s making our lives. Highly recommend!
July is bringing a really fun (and needed!) family vacation, LOTS OF FUN BLOG THINGS, and much, much more. I hope you’ll stick around for it! I’m bringing new content that I think you’ll love as much as me!
SEE YA ON FRIDAY!
